Five-year contract continues ISL’s support of the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) and Patrol Boat Product Line (PBPL) with battery sourcing, delivery, recovery, disposal and total supply chain management

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Sept. 16, 2026 — Incredible Supply & Logistics (ISL), an award-winning small business serving the Federal, Defense, Maritime and Space communities, today announced it has been awarded a five-year contract by the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) to provide comprehensive lead-acid battery supply chain management in support of the Coast Guard’s Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) and Patrol Boat Product Line (PBPL).

The award represents a continuation of ISL’s successful support of the Coast Guard, following years of performance under two previous five-year contracts. ISL will continue providing a complete battery lifecycle solution spanning procurement, logistics, delivery, recovery and disposal for the Coast Guard’s geographically dispersed patrol boat fleet.

Under Contract No. 70Z08026D17005B00, ISL will provide an integrated battery lifecycle solution encompassing sourcing, supply chain management, quality control, delivery, fleet support, battery recovery and environmentally responsible disposal for Coast Guard operating locations across the United States and U.S. territories.

ISL’s solution extends well beyond cost-effective battery procurement. The company provides the Coast Guard with an integrated supply chain program that includes battery demand and forecasting collaboration, quality control, logistics coordination, fleet end-user support, emergency requirements, battery pickup and environmentally responsible disposal.

“We are incredibly proud to have earned the opportunity to continue supporting the United States Coast Guard and its critical missions,” said Chris Faison, Founder and CEO of ISL. “This award is especially meaningful because it follows 10 years of execution and performance by the ISL team. Our goal is to make a complex fleetwide requirement simple for the Coast Guard — getting the right batteries to the right locations when they are needed while reducing the administrative and logistical burden on Coast Guard personnel.”

The ISL USCG supply chain program combines ISL’s nationwide supplier network, sourcing expertise, logistics infrastructure and dedicated customer support with a centralized approach to managing battery requirements across numerous manufacturers, configurations and delivery destinations.

The result is a streamlined solution designed to help reduce procurement workload, improve supply availability and delivery performance, simplify battery recovery and disposal, and support greater operational readiness across the Coast Guard fleet.

“The original award gave ISL the opportunity to demonstrate what our team could deliver. This new award allows us to build on years of proven performance, procurement data and continuous improvement to make the program even stronger for the Coast Guard,” said Bayne Keenan, COO at ISL. “We understand that behind every order is a critical operational requirement. Our responsibility is to execute consistently, solve problems quickly and make supply and logistics easier for the men and women carrying out the mission.”

The Coast Guard program is representative of ISL’s broader ONE SOURCE approach to mission support. ISL provides Federal, Defense, Maritime and Space customers with access to Industrial, MRO, Tactical, Workwear and Information Technology products along with complete Bill of Material (BOM) sourcing, supply consolidation, advanced kitting, warehousing and global logistics solutions.
